Hey guys! Here are the past two days of my diet and workout! I haven’t really workout much because I had work and other things, but yeah. Been few days after two weeks of T, and it feels great, although I haven’t seen much changes, but I had been hungry more easily i realized… not sure if this is the result of Testosterone …

breakfast: 5 eggs scrambled
lunch: 1 cup of fried brown rice with eggs and veggies and pork sung
dinner: 1 cup of maple sugar oatmeal
2 toast
4 think slices of beef
workout: 15 mins cardio

breakfast: 1 cup tuna casserole
lunch: 1/2 cup of rice w/ chicken masala and vegetable masala
snack: 1 cup of mango lasso
1/2 pluout
dinner: 1 cup of chicken pasta
