6.3 - 6.7.12 (day 18 - 22 of T) day 23 - 27


Hey guys! It’s been almost a month of T, and still no differences. But my voices have been cracking more and more, which is interesting.

6.7.12 (day 22 of T) day 27
breakfast:  2 bowls of cereal
lunch: 1 cup of brown rice
             1 cup of egg whites
             1/2 cup black beans
             1 cup pork sung
             2 oz avocado
             1 cup fat-free milk
snack1: 6 oz strawberry cheesecake ice cream + 2 sugar cones
dinner: 2 cups jajiangmian
               4 oz of pork
snack2: 1 chocolate chip cookie
workout: 30 mins card, 30 mins weights (after breakfast)


6.6.12 (day 21 of T) day 26
breakfast: 1 cup cereal
snack: handful of teddy bear cookies honey flavour
lunch: 6inch veggie sub
dinner: 2 cups fried rice
dinner2: steak + 1 cup mash potato + 8 shrimps


workout: n/a


6.5.12 (day 20 of T) day 25
breakfast: 1 cup cereal
lunch: 1 cup rice
             3 pieces tempura
             1/2 cup salad
             4 crunchy rolls
dinner: 1 cup pasta
workout: 10 mins cardio, 20 mins weights


6.4.12 (day 19 of T) day 24
breakfast: 5 egg whites omelette with porksung
lunch: 1 cup of alfredo pasta with cheese and chicken
             1/2 cup of black beans
snack: 1 granola bar
              1 dinner roll with butter (bad snack?)
dinner:  unfrozen pita bread with dips
              1 fish taco
workout: 10 mins of cardio
                  30 mins weights


6.3.12 (day 18 of T) day 23
breakfast: N/A
lunch: 1 cup of rice
             1 cup of spicy tuna
             1 cup of miso soup
             1 cup of salad
             3 oz of chicken
dinner: 1 cup of oatmeal
              1 cup of mandarine with chocolate dip
dinner 2: 16 oz protein shake
                 1 granola bar
workout: 20 mins card, 40 mins weight training
